Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy in Case of Damaged Goods

We understand that fragile items can sometimes incur damage during shipping. To address this, we kindly ask you to report the receipt of a damaged product within 1 to 2 hours of delivery. Please refrain from discarding the damaged item and its packaging. Instead, take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our official WhatsApp number or through email.

Reporting damages within this time frame is essential, as it enables us to file a claim with the carrier. Failing to do so may limit our ability to accept responsibility for the damages.

If you receive a product with broken glass or a dented shade and report it within 24 hours, we will provide a replacement glass or shade at no extra charge. If you wish to return a broken or damaged item, our standard return policy will apply.

For refunds, we offer the convenience of refunding through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Meezan Bank accounts once we receive the item. Please note that a 10% deduction from your refund will cover shipping and packing costs.

The Process of Return or Refund

To initiate a return, contact us at our official Whatsapp number: 0333-2057109, providing the return reason and order details. Upon approval from our customer support team, you will be requested to send the parcel to our warehouse at:

Central Plaza, 6th floor, shop 46 & 47, M.A Jinnah Road, Behind Gul Plaza, Saddar, Preedy Quarters, Karachi.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and delivery charges will not be refunded. Our warehouse team will inspect the returned item for any damage, and once approved, you will receive a refund through Easypaisa, or Meezan Bank accounts.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer replacements in the following situations/circumstances:

- In case you have received the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has a defect or issue.

To complete the replacement of your product, please ensure that the item is undamaged, unused, and in its original condition. The parcel should include its original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came with the product when ordered. None of these items, including the product itself, should be defaced or marked in any way.
